
Vaishali Hamlai holds master’s degrees in human resource management. She also heads Human Resources at a renowned company.
Her aim is to make reading easy and relatable. She draws applicable and recent norms from the society and gives her take on it. She draws others inferences and assumptions and strives to provide a holistic perspective on the societal norms.
Being certified in Meyers-Brigg Type Indicator administration she has a good hold on complexities of mind and soul that translates into human behaviour.
She also writes columns at a leading national newspaper called “Beyond Words”.
Raised in Mumbai she drew her first book “Rhea@Suraksha” from her real-life experiences. After reading and witnessing some authentic circumstances around her she wrote her second book “Down Under”. In ‘Down Under’ she penned down her thoughts on racism and showed it in a different light. She believes that we-humans are responsible for our own actions and only we! Then she launched her third book “Mind Trap”, where she talks about tools that help one make their mind stronger. Her forth book “Through the Open Window” depicts on how love can create, destroy and recreate. “Trust me, I won’t leave” her fifth book; being close to her heart talks about narcist toxic relations and its impediments.
Her sixth book is “Stomping Moon Dust”, that aims towards the ills of an obsessive behaviour in a relationship.
